Expiry in 202117 May 2021
After conducting a review in 2021, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ decided that it would allow the Building Block Model record keeping rule – June 2013 to expire on 30 June 2021. This recognised that the Building Block Model record keeping rule is no longer required for the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´â€™s regulatory functions under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
The Building Block Model record keeping rule and the related Fixed Line Service Model were previously used by the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ to determine prices for Telstra’s declared legacy fixed line services.
Further information on the approach to pricing for Telstra’s declared legacy fixed line services can be found on the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ website at Fixed line services final access determination inquiry 2018.
