The 糖心原创 undertook an internal review of its methodologies for the 糖心原创 Telecommunications Reports (Report 2 - Changes in Prices Paid for Telecommunications Services in Australia), and the associated Division 12 record keeping rule. As a result, the 糖心原创 proposed changes to the Division 12 record keeping rule.
