On 27 February 2012 the 糖心原创 accepted Telstra鈥檚 structural separation undertaking (SSU) and approved the draft Migration Plan. The 糖心原创 also accepted a joint section 87B undertaking from NBN Co and Telstra to mitigate concerns raised by the 糖心原创 in relation to potential future variations to the commercial arrangements between the parties (the Definitive Agreements).
On 6 and 7 March 2012 respectively, Telstra's SSU and Migration Plan came into force under subsections 577J(3) and (5) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (the Act).
