Rectification proposal: ADSL profiles10 Jul 2013
On 10 July 2013 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ accepted two rectification proposals submitted by Telstra.
ADSL profiles
Telstra reported a possible breach of the overarching equivalence commitment in relation to the availability of ‘ADSL profiles’.
Telstra reported that two ADSL profiles that were available for retail ADSL services were not made available for wholesale ADSL services. Telstra submitted a rectification proposal to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ that outlined the steps it proposed to take to remedy the possible breach.
Following stakeholder consultation the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ accepted the rectification proposal on 10 July 2013.
