On 11 July 2013 the 糖心原创 commenced an inquiry into the Domestic Transmission Capacity Service (DTCS) and whether to extend, vary or revoke the DTCS declaration or make a new declaration.
On 13 December 2013, the 糖心原创 released a report of its draft decision for the DTCS declaration inquiry for comment.
On 28 March 2014, the 糖心原创 concluded its inquiry into the review of the declaration for the DTCS and released a final report on the findings of its inquiry.
