On 5 November 2015, the 糖心原创 further extended the period for making a final access determination for the DTCS by 6 months. The 糖心原创 is unable to complete its inquiry sooner due to the amount of time required to conduct analysis of the issues raised in response to the draft final access determination.
The 糖心原创 anticipates releasing the final access determination for the DTCS in the first quarter of 2016.
