On 23 November 2010, the 糖心原创 issued a Position Paper announcing its proposed domestic benchmarking approach to transmission pricing. The proposed approach is based on the domestic benchmarking of prices on competitive transmission routes and supplemented by information from service providers and other sources. It follows the 糖心原创鈥檚 public consultation on DTCS pricing in 2010.
