In July 2019, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ consulted directly with the stakeholders who made submissions to the initial round of consultation on the Facilities Access Code Review. The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ sought further submissions on changing the pre-build consultation process, introducing a ‘use it or lose it’ obligation and other emerging facilities access issues.
