Discussion paper14 Feb 2008
On 14 February 2007 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ issued a discussion paper on Telstra's exemption application. Written submissions in response to the discussion paper were due on 14 March 2008.
Submissions
Request for further information
On 28 March 2008 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ made a request for further information under Section 152AU of the Trade Practices Act 1974 to Telstra.
In a meeting with Telstra on 7 April 2008 and subsequently in a letter dated 21 April 2008, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ clarified the scope of the 28 March 2008 request for further information.
Telstra response to information request
On 30 June Telstra provided a response to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´'s information requests followed by a supplementary response on 17 July.
Telstra supplementary submissions
On 31 July Telstra provided supplementary submissions to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ discussion paper.
Further information request
On 12 August the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ informed Telstra that its response did not fulfil the information requests and that further information was required.
Telstra further submission
On 3, 5 and 9 September 2008, Telstra provided additional responses to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´'s information requests.
On 25 August 2008, Telstra made a further submission in support of its exemption applications.
On 25 September 2008, ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ wrote to Telstra accepting the information it has supplied to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ in response to its information requests.
