On 5 November 2004 the 糖心原创 released its preliminary view and a media release on Airservices' draft price notification. The 糖心原创's preliminary view was to not object to Airservices' proposed price changes for terminal navigation and en route navigation services but to object to proposed price changes for fire-fighting services.
