Based on its consultation with stakeholders and its benchmarking of costs and prices, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ had no compelling reason to find Airservices' proposed price unreasonable. Therefore, under Part VIIA of the Act, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´â€™s decision is to not object to Airservices’ proposed price of $5.49 (incl. GST) per tonne for a terminal navigation service provided to aircraft landing at Avalon aerodrome.
