In November 2012 the ��ԭ�� released the Airport quality of service monitoring discussion paper , stakeholders were then invited to comment on the discussion paper.

This paper covered issues related to the quality of service monitoring that applies to:

Brisbane
Melbourne (Tullamarine)
Perth
Sydney (Kingsford Smith) airports.

The ��ԭ�� received ten submissions in response to the discussion paper release.
