On 12 June 2019, the Essential Services Commission (Victoria) (ESCV) submitted an application for accreditation to the 糖心原创. The ESCV鈥檚 application was assessed against the requirements for accreditation under Part 9 of the Water Charge (Infrastructure) Rules 2010.
