Draft determination 14 Jul 2021
On 14 July 2021 the 糖心原创 released a draft determination proposing to determine ADM to be an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its Port Pirie facility.
The 糖心原创 invited submissions in response to the draft determination. The closing date for submissions was 11 August 2021. No submissions were received.
