The 糖心原创 has determined ADM to be an exempt service provider of port terminal services provided by means of its port terminal facility at Port Pirie. The exemption means that ADM is not required to comply with Parts 3 to 6 of the Wheat Port Code of Conduct in the course of providing port terminal services via its Port Pirie facility.
The determination was made by notifiable instrument and registered on the Federal Register of Legislation. The instrument and ADM鈥檚 exemption commenced on 24 September 2021 and is available on the .
