ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´

According to section 4.10 of Version 8 of the HVAU, ARTC must submit to the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ documentation detailing the roll forward of the RAB Floor Limit, by 30 April of the year following the relevant compliance year. If due to a delay in the finalisation of Compliance Assessments from previous years, it is not reasonable for ARTC to comply with this, then before 30 April of the year following the compliance year under assessment, ARTC must propose and seek to promptly agree with the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ on a revised timetable for the Compliance Assessment. 

On 5 April 2024 ARTC sent a letter to the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ where it proposed to submit the 2023 compliance documents no longer than one month following the release by the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ of the 2022 Final Determination. On 24 April 2024 the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ accepted ARTC's proposal to submit the 2023 compliance documents within one month of the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ publishing the 2022 Final Determination.
