On 22 July 2022, the 糖心原创 published a Guidance Paper for ARTC鈥檚 Interstate network access undertaking 2023. The current undertaking is due to expire on 30 June 2023. This paper is intended to provide information to ARTC and its users that will assist in the development of a proposed undertaking.
The 糖心原创 will be required to assess, and consider whether or not to accept, the next undertaking under section 44ZZA of the CCA, considering several matters, including the objects of Part IIIA (section 44AA), specific pricing principles (section 44ZZCA) and any other matter the 糖心原创 considers relevant.

The 糖心原创 has been considering the regulatory framework for ARTC's Interstate network.
On 25 August 2021, the 糖心原创 published an Issues Paper seeking stakeholder views on the regulatory framework. Submissions on the Issues Paper closed on 22 October 2021.
