Issues paper and submissions25 Aug 2021

On 25 August 2021, the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ published an issues paper as part of its review of the regulatory framework for ARTC’s Interstate network.

The paper sought stakeholders' views on:

  • the competitive environment the Interstate network faces – now and in the future,
  • the specific need for regulation of the Interstate network, and
  • where it is required, the most appropriate regulatory approach.

As part of the stakeholder engagement process, on 9 September 2021 and 15 October 2021 the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ provided a presentation to stakeholders.

Submissions on the Issues Paper closed on 22 October 2021.
