On 28 September 2011 the 糖心原创 accepted, pursuant to Division 6 of Part IIIA of the Act, the 2011 undertaking provided to the 糖心原创 by ABA on 21 September 2011. The 2011 undertaking relates to the provision of access to port terminal services to accredited wheat exporters for purposes relating to the export of bulk wheat.

Extension of period of operation
On 30 September 2013 the 糖心原创 extended the period of operation of the 2011 undertaking until the earlier, 30 November 2013 or the date of commencement of Emerald's 2013 undertaking.
