On 23 December 2010, ABA lodged a proposed access undertaking for its port terminal services with the 糖心原创 for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act) (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 from 1 January 2011).

The 糖心原创 commenced a public consultation process in relation to the proposed ABA Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking on 20 January 2011. The deadline for submissions was 4 March 2011.
