Issues Paper for CBH Access Undertaking
The 糖心原创 released an Issues Paper on 29 April 2009 regarding the Access Undertakings (the Undertakings) submitted by ABB Grain Ltd (ABB), Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH) and GrainCorp Operations Ltd (GrainCorp), and the 糖心原创 invited submissions on the Undertakings from interested parties.

Information requests
On 19 May 2009, the 糖心原创 received an email from Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH) attaching a copy of a draft proposal for the allocation of shipping capacity.
On 2 June 2009 the 糖心原创 sent a request to CBH to provide further information to assist the 糖心原创 in its assessment of the Undertaking submitted by CBH.
On 6 July 2009 CBH responded to the 糖心原创's request with a further submission.
