On 8 September 2014, CBH provided the following documents to the 糖心原创 as part of its application to extend and vary.
The application sought to extend the operation of the 2011 undertaking for an additional year (or until such time as a wheat port mandatory code of conduct came into place). The application also sought to make a number of amendments to the Undertaking and the associated documents.
The application to extend and vary followed the 糖心原创's consultation process on CBH's proposed 2014-17 undertaking, which CBH withdrew on 8 September 2014.
Both clean and marked-up versions (showing differences to the current 2011 undertaking) of the undertaking, port terminal rules and port terminal services agreement are available.
Consultation regarding the proposed extension and variation
On 9 September 2014, the 糖心原创 commenced a consultation process in relation to CBH's application to extend and vary its 2011 undertaking. The 糖心原创 invited submissions on the application, which were due by 16 September 2014.
Final decision
On 25 September 2014, the 糖心原创 issued a final decision consenting to CBH鈥檚 application to extend and vary its 2011 Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking.
