On 31 March 2011, CBH lodged a proposed access undertaking for its port terminal services with the 糖心原创 for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) from 1 January 2011).

Public consultation on 糖心原创 issues paper
The 糖心原创 commenced public consultation on CBH鈥檚 proposed 2011 Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking on 21 April 2011. The deadline for submissions was 20 May 2011.

The 糖心原创 received the following submissions from stakeholders on the issues paper it released regarding CBH's proposed 2011 Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking (the Proposed 2011 Undertaking):
Request for information
On 6 May 2011 the 糖心原创 sent a request to CBH to provide further information to assist the 糖心原创 in its assessment of the proposed Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking submitted by CBH. The 糖心原创 issued this notice under section 44ZZBCA of the CCA.
On 18 May 2011, CBH provided its public response to the 糖心原创's information request dated 6 May 2011.
On 30 June 2011 the 糖心原创 sent a request to CBH to provide further information to assist the 糖心原创 in its assessment of the proposed Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking submitted by CBH. The 糖心原创 issued this notice under section 44ZZBCA of the CCA.

CBH provided submissions in response to the 糖心原创 issues paper, third party submissions to the issue paper and in response to meetings with the 糖心原创 regarding the undertaking held on 21 June and 7 July 2011.
