Certain sections of the Gas Market Code give the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ the power to make determinations including for recording keeping and reporting requirements.
On 15 November 2023, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ released its proposed determinations in regards to suppliers’ record keeping, publishing and reporting obligations under the Gas Market Code. The proposed determinations are in regards to sections 33(3), 34(3), 34(7) and 35(3) of the Gas Market Code.
The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ invited submissions in response to its proposed determinations. Submissions closed on Wednesday 6 December 2023.
