On 15 November 2023, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ released its proposed determinations in regards to suppliers’ record keeping, publishing and reporting obligations under the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023.
The proposed determinations are in regards to sections 33(3), 34(3), 34(7) and 35(3) of the Gas Market Code.
The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ invited submissions in response to its proposed determinations. The closing date for submissions was Wednesday 6 December 2023.
