On 24 July 2009, Australia Post provided the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ with a draft price notification which proposed an increase in the basic postage rate (BPR) from 55 cents to 60 cents.

On 9 October 2008, ARTC submitted an application to vary the undertaking with the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ under s.44ZZA(7) of the Act.

On 5 February 2008, Australia Post provided the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ with a draft price notification which proposed an increase in the basic postage rate (BPR) from 50 to 55 cents.

The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ accepted ARTC’s 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking (IAU) on 30 July 2008, pursuant to Part IIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974, now known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The 2008 IAU has been varied a number of times.

On 8 June 2007, ARTC lodged an access undertaking application with the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ for assessment

This undertaking was effective until 1 June 2007. A minor amendment to the undertaking was accepted in 2003.

Part 4A of the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989 allows the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ to issue record keeping rules to Australia Post.

On 24 September 2004 Australia Post lodged a formal price notification under subsection 95Z(5) of the Trade Practices Act 1974, known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 from 1 January 2011.

ARTC applied for a slight variation to the Interstate Rail access undertaking 2002 on 4 March 2003

On 26 March 2003 Australia Post provided the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ with a formal notification proposing to restructure the price of Reply Paid mail.
