On 28 September 2011 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ accepted, under Division 6 of Part IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA), the 2011 Undertaking provided to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ by Viterra on 22 September 2011.
On 10 April 2013 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ made a final decision to consent to ARTC's proposed undertaking variation.

After a public consultation process, a revised undertaking was lodged on 21 September 2011. This revised undertaking was accepted by the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ on 28 September 2011.
