In May 2004, the 糖心原创 released a draft report on the mobile originating access service (MOAS). The report considered whether or not the 糖心原创 should extend, vary or revoke the existing declaration of the MOAS. In the report the 糖心原创 indicated it had reached a draft decision that it would not be in the long-term-interests of end-users to continue declaration of the MOAS.
Final report MOAS
In June 2004, the 糖心原创 released a final report relating to the MOAS. The report considered whether or not the 糖心原创 should extend, vary or revoke the existing declaration of the MOAS.
In the report the 糖心原创 decided that it would not be in the long-term-interests of end users for to continue declaration of the MOAS.
