The Australian Competition Tribunal (Tribunal) varied the exemption orders made by the 糖心原创 in August and October 2008 in relation to Telstra's supply of the local carriage service (LCS), wholesale line rental service (WLR) and PSTN originating access service (PSTN OA).
On 16 December 2011, the 糖心原创 released a final decision to remove the exemption orders for WLR, LCS and PSTN OA from the relevant final access determinations.
As a result, the exemptions provisions relating to the WLR, LCS and PSTN OA services have been removed from the relevant final access determinations as of 17 December 2011. The exemptions no longer apply in any exchange service areas.
