PSTN OA9 Sep 2009
Telstra submitted exemption applications for the PSTN OA in CBDs and certain metropolitan areas in 2007. The 糖心原创 issued decisions granting the exemptions, subject to conditions and limitations, in 2008. These decisions were appealed to the Tribunal.
On 9 September 2009, the Tribunal handed down final PSTN OA orders. The Tribunal鈥檚 PSTN OA CBD order should be read in conjunction with the 糖心原创鈥檚 original order.
