On 13 December 2013, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ published a draft report on the Fixed Services Review Declaration Inquiry.
Submissions in response to this report were due 5:00pm on 14 February 2014.

Access to confidential information
On 13 January 2014, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ provided parties whose confidential information was quoted in the draft report with a referenced copy of that information to enable them to share this information with parties with whom they have confidentiality undertakings. The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ encourages all parties to make material available to other stakeholders with whom they have exchanged confidentiality undertakings, for the purposes of making submissions to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´â€™s inquiry process.
The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ received a confidential version of Telstra’s submission in response to its draft report:
