On 17 April 2014, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ published its final report on the Fixed Services Review Declaration Inquiry.
The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ has decided to extend and vary each of the existing fixed line services.The new declarations come into force on 1 August 2014.

Declaration inquiry final report
On 1 May 2014, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ made a minor change to the final report to correct an inconsistency in the WLR and LCS service descriptions.
The correction has been made on page 48 and removes the words ‘which the end user is directly connected to’ to ensure consistency with the service descriptions at Appendices C and D of the final report and the service descriptions as they appear on the public register.
