The 糖心原创 has published a position paper and draft instrument for the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) access determination inquiry.
The position paper details the key issues raised in submissions to the discussion paper and outlines the 糖心原创鈥檚 proposed variation to the SBAS access determination to incorporate additional interconnection and other terms to address the imposition of unreasonable access terms.
To allow time for this public consultation, on 1 July 2025 the 糖心原创 decided to extend the decision-making period for the inquiry for a period of 3 months to 15 October 2025.
Consultation on the position paper and draft instrument closed on 1 August 2025. Vocus provided a late submission on 15 August 2025.
