On 23 March 2023, the 糖心原创 released an exposure draft of its superfast broadband access service (SBAS) determination instrument and invited submissions from interested parties.
This instrument reflects the positions reached in the 糖心原创鈥檚 draft decision, published in October 2022.
When finalised, the determination will regulate the price and non-price terms of access for non-NBN fixed line superfast broadband networks until July 2026.
Submissions closed on 21 April 2023.
