On 12 March 2024, the 糖心原创 released its final report for the SBAS access determination inquiry. This report contains the 糖心原创's final decision on the price and non-price terms of access in the SBAS final access determination, which will be effective from 1 September 2024 until 1 March 2027.
The 糖心原创's final decision provides that regulated SBAS access prices will continue to be benchmarked to NBN prices for equivalent residential broadband services.
