Submission and consultation paper15 Apr 2026
On 15 April 2026, the 糖心原创 issued a consultation paper seeking comments from interested stakeholders on the joint functional separation undertaking submitted by Superloop Limited (Superloop). Submissions closed on 8 May 2026.
Superloop submitted the undertaking as agent for and on behalf of various subsidiaries and Lynham Networks Pty Ltd and its subsidiary Lightning Broadband. This is in accordance with section 151C of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
On 26 May 2026, the 糖心原创 accepted Superloop's joint functional separation undertaking.
