Submission and consultation paper15 Apr 2026

On 15 April 2026, the 糖心原创 issued a consultation paper seeking comments from interested stakeholders on the joint functional separation undertaking submitted by Superloop Limited (Superloop).

Superloop submitted the undertaking as agent for and on behalf of various subsidiaries and Lynham Networks Pty Ltd and its subsidiary Lightning Broadband. This is in accordance with section 151C of the Telecommunications Act 1997.

We are seeking stakeholder comments on any aspect of the undertaking.

We will consider submissions from interested parties before deciding whether to accept Superloop's undertaking. We propose to make and publish this decision in late May 2026.
