2025 amendments to record keeping rules2 Dec 2025
On 28 November 2025, the 糖心原创 amended the Audit of telecommunications infrastructure assets (Infrastructure) record keeping rules.
These amendments followed multiple rounds of consultation throughout 2025.
In July, the 糖心原创 conducted a first round of public consultation on proposed changes to the Infrastructure record keeping rules as part of the Record keeping rules review 2025.
After considering stakeholders' views on the broad proposals and weighing the benefits and costs identified by the 糖心原创 and stakeholders, we refined our proposals. We sought feedback on the revised changes and specific amendments to the Infrastructure record keeping rules during a second round of consultation in September.
