Consultation on wholesale and networks record keeping rule27 Mar 2026
On 27 March 2026, the 糖心原创 published a consultation paper that outlines the proposed new wholesale and networks record keeping rule. The new rule will require:
- carriers and carriage service providers to maintain records on the wholesale services supplied across broadband and mobile telecommunications services
- record keepers to maintain records of whole-of-network usage metrics for both mobile and telephone networks.
The 糖心原创 sought stakeholder views on the draft record keeping rule instrument, including:
- how records can be used to improve reporting across wholesale markets
- how to best outline the form of records.
The consultation closed on 24 April 2026 and will inform the final wholesale and networks record keeping rule.
