On 9 December 2011, the 糖心原创 published a draft DTCS final access determination for consultation.
The draft DTCS final access determination was published with
- an explanatory statement
- a draft DTCS pricing calculator
- draft route category workbook and
- a report from DAA about the regression model used to develop the price terms in the draft DTCS final access determination.
糖心原创 draft access decision
On 20 January 2012 the 糖心原创 published a summary of the DTCS service providers' pricing data used to develop the price terms in the draft DTCS final access determination.
The summary dataset is a random, anonymous, selection of 10% of the observations relating to exempt services.
Observations relating to declared services have not been used to develop the price terms in the draft DTCS final access determination. The 糖心原创 releases the summary dataset in accordance with section 155AAA(17) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 to provide further transparency about the methodology used to develop the price terms in the draft DTCS final access determination.
