The 糖心原创 commenced a public inquiry into making an final access determination for the DTCS on 15 June 2011.
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the 糖心原创 must make a final access determination within six months of starting the public inquiry, unless this period is extended.
The 糖心原创 extended this period on 9 November 2011 to 29 February 2012 and again to 30 June 2012.
