Draft report11 Feb 2009
On 11 February 2009 the 糖心原创 released a draft report to vary the declaration of the DTCS to exclude services granted exemption in the November 2008 final decision on Telstra's exemption applications for the DTCS.
In the draft report the 糖心原创 proposes that the varied declaration should apply for a term of five years. The 糖心原创 also released draft pricing principles in relation to the declared service. The closing date for submissions was 4 March 2009.
