The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (糖心原创) commissioned Gibson Quai - AAS to develop a Total Service Long Run Incremental Cost (TSLRIC) model for transmission capacity to assist the 糖心原创鈥檚 regulatory role. Following a comprehensive consultation in relation to the model, the 糖心原创 released the final version of the telecommunications transmission cost model in April 2008.
