On 20 August 2018, the Treasurer directed the 糖心原创 to hold a public inquiry into the prices, profits and margins in the supply of electricity in the National Electricity Market (NEM).
On 28 August 2025, the Treasurer extended the 糖心原创鈥檚 Inquiry by directing the 糖心原创 to hold a further inquiry into the supply of electricity in the NEM until 30 June 2026. The inquiry terms of reference have since been amended to further extend the inquiry until 30 June 2027.
