Information request 12 Jun 2026

On 15 May 2026 the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ sent a request to ARTC to provide further information to support the assessment of the proposed version 9 of the Undertaking. The information request covers:

  • comparator analysis for the WACC, and the proposed debt liquidity premium
  • actual revenue and costs relating to non-coal Access Holders
  • coal revenue by charging type
  • non-coal market analysis
  • the guard rail multiplier
  • future scenarios – Economic Costs
  • analysis of the impact of simplifying the model
  • financial models.

The period from 15 May to 26 June 2026 constitutes a specified period for a response to the notice under subsection 44ZZBCA(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
