Information request 12 Jun 2026
On 15 May 2026 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ sent a request to ARTC to provide further information to support the assessment of the proposed version 9 of the Undertaking. The information request covers:
- comparator analysis for the WACC, and the proposed debt liquidity premium
- actual revenue and costs relating to non-coal Access Holders
- coal revenue by charging type
- non-coal market analysis
- the guard rail multiplier
- future scenarios – Economic Costs
- analysis of the impact of simplifying the model
- financial models.
The response was originally due on 26 June 2026 (see more detail below about the variation to the information request).

Variation to the information request
On 24 June 2026 ARTC wrote to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ to request additional time for data intensive aspects of the information request number 1 and other variations.
On 25 June 2026 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ agreed to the requested variations, including that Requests 2, 3, 4 i) and ii) would be provided no later than 5:00 pm AEST, 30 July 2026. The letters including the varied section 44ZZBCA notice are published below.
