In December 2024 Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) started a consultation process on the Hunter Valley Network Access Undertaking (HVAU). The 糖心原创 is aware of the discussions in this pre-lodgement stage but has no direct regulatory role.
On 17 September 2025 the 糖心原创 sent a letter to ARTC regarding the then upcoming HVAU application. This letter provided initial guidance to assist ARTC with pre-lodgement drafting for the application.
The 糖心原创 guidance letter should be read in conjunction with the 糖心原创 Guidelines on Part IIIA access undertakings and should not be interpreted as a comprehensive list of matters to consider, as legal advice or pre-empting any future 糖心原创 decision to accept or not to accept a future undertaking application.
