On 19 June 2013, the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ approved two minor variations to Telstra's SSU.

NBN Co is required to account for separate revenue and cost bases for its monopoly (core) and competitive services as an obligation under its Special Access Undertaking. The allocation between these services is required to represent the direct and indirect costs incurred in, and revenue generated from, providing those respective services. 

The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ has developed a new record keeping rule to collect service quality and network performance information from NBN Co and in the future other superfast broadband network providers.

Following its decision to extend and vary the declaration of the DTCS for another 5 years, the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ has commenced a final access determination inquiry.

Under Schedule 2F.7.1 of the NBN Co Special Access Undertaking (SAU), NBN Co must provide, on 31 October after the end of each financial year, a report to the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´.
