On 26 May 2017, the 糖心原创 released its final report and decision on its inquiry to make final access determinations for the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) and local bitstream access service (LBAS).
The final access determinations incorporate both price and non-price terms and conditions that have effect from 26 May 2017 to 28 July 2021 (in the absence of commercial agreement between access providers and access seekers).

The final access determination instruments that incorporate both the price and non-price terms and conditions for the SBAS and LBAS declared services and can be accessed from the 糖心原创 public registers.
