Further extension to the inquiry period24 Feb 2016
On 24 February 2016 the 糖心原创 extended the inquiry period for making a final access determination for the Local Access Bitstream Service (LBAS) until 7 October 2016.
The 糖心原创 was unable to complete its inquiry within the previous extension.
It remains the intention of the 糖心原创 to consult on the LBAS final access determination inquiry concurrently with any Superfast Broadband Access Service (SBAS) final access determination inquiry. This will take place after the conclusion of the SBAS declaration inquiry which commenced on 11 September 2014 and is currently ongoing. The further extension of the inquiry will allow the 糖心原创 to commence and undertake appropriate consultation on the LBAS final access determination.
The 糖心原创 will release a discussion paper later in 2016.
