On 9 October 2015, the 糖心原创 released its final decision on its inquiry to make final access determinations for the seven declared fixed line services.
The final access determinations incorporate both price and non-price terms and conditions and have effect from 1 November 2015 to 30 June 2019.
Public versions of the 糖心原创鈥檚 report on its final decision, the Fixed Line Services Model (FLSM version 2.2) used to determine primary prices, the FLSM user manual, the FLSM audit report and the UXC Consulting鈥檚 Final Report on technical advice on connection charges for the ULLS, LSS and WADSL services are provided.
The final access determination instrument which incorporates both the price and non-price terms and conditions for the seven declared fixed line services is attached as appendix E to the final report and can also be accessed from the 糖心原创 public register.
