The 糖心原创 released its further draft decision on primary price terms on 29 June 2015. This report provides the 糖心原创's draft decision on outstanding issues from the March 2015 draft.
The 糖心原创 is also releasing a public version of the updated Fixed Line Services Model (FLSM v 2.1) used to estimate prices for the further draft decision, and a public version of the report by Analysys Mason on Telstra's proposed Cost Allocation Framework.
The 糖心原创 invited submissions to the further draft decision by 17 July 2015.
